• If you register as a student or a trainee, please submit a proof of status issued within 6 months of the registration.
• Registration fees include meeting kit and lunches on June 20 and 21.
• To qualify for pre-registration, you must register and submit your registration fee by May 24, 2024 (11:59 p.m. KST).

• The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
• All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail or fax.



Invitation Letter


• Invitation letters will be sent upon request to participants who completed registration and payment.
• Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.

   *Please note that KCA will not issue guarantee letters under any circumstances to participate for visa purposes.

• If you need an original invitation letter, USD 30 will be charged as for the postage.
• Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa for up to 30 or 90 days. Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
• Please visit VISA Navigator (www.visa.go.kr) to check whether a visa is required.

 


Cancellation & Refund Policy


1. All cancellations must be notified in writing by email (info@kcameeting.org).
2. All refunds will be processed after the completion of the meeting.
3. All processing fees including bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
4. Refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

   - Received until May 24, 2024 (11:59 p.m. KST): 90% of total price

   - Received from May 25, 2024 (00:00 a.m. KST): No refund
