Awards

Abstract presenters who have demonstrated the highest levels of excellence and innovation will have the chance to win an award. Please refer below for further details.
Winners will be announced at an Awards & Closing Ceremony. Please be sure to attend the ceremony.


        Merit Awards (Korean)


Description The scientific committee will select award winners under the category of Best Paper and winners will be granted with extra prize money.

Eligibility
  • • The applicant must be a member of the Korean Cancer Association.
  • • The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted
       at the meeting.
  • • The applicant must pay the registration fees and attend the meeting.


        International Abstract Awards


Description The scientific committee will select award winners from overseas presenters in recognition of their outstanding achievements and contributions to scientific development in the field of Cancer.

Prize Money USD 500
Eligibility
  • • The applicant must be affiliated in overseas institution.
  • • The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted at the
       meeting.
  • • The applicant must pay the registration fees and attend the meeting.


        Poster Awards


Description The scientific committee will select award winners under the category of Best Poster and winners will be granted with extra prize money. .

Prize Money (Domestic) KRW 300,000
Prize Money (Overseas) USD 300
Eligibility
  • • The applicant should be a participant who presents an abstract accepted at the
       meeting.
  • • The applicant must submit an E-POSTER for the evaluation of award winners after receiving    the abstract acceptance notification.
       (E-poster submissions will be possible starting from May through the website.)
  • • The applicant must pay the registration fees and attend the meeting.


Application & Selection

  • • Apply the Awards by submitting an abstract online.
  • •The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts.
  • • The final winners will be decided based upon the candidates' onsite presentation.
  • • Winners will be announced and awarded at the closing ceremony.
