• The transfer must be in the registrant's name and must be stated on the receipt.
• All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail or fax.

• Invitation letters will be sent upon request to participants who completed registration and payment.
• If you request for an invitation, please fill out the online REQUEST FORM.
• If you need an original invitation letter, USD 30 will be charged as for the postage.

1. All cancellations must be notified in writing by email (cancer3@kams.or.kr).
2. All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.
3. All processing fees including bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
4. If cancellation is made by June 7, 2018, 100% will be refunded. After this date, no refund will be given.
