***Please be noted that applicants for student rates must send a proof of student status issued within 6 months of the registration.


Invitation Letter

Invitation letters will be sent upon request to all participants who completed registration and payment. Notarized letters can also be sent but there may be an extra charge to cover the cost of notarization. If you require an official letter of invitation in order to attend this meeting, please contact the Registration Secretariat via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • • All cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (cancer1@kams.or.kr).
      Download the cancellation form.
  • • All refunds will be processed after the meeting for administrative reasons, and all processing fees will be deducted from the reimbursement.
  • • The registration payment will be 100% refunded if cancellation is made by May 29, 2016 . After this date no refund can be made.
