• If you register as a student or a trainee, please submit a proof of status issued within 6 months of the registration.
• Registration fees include congress kit and lunches on July 3 and 4.
• To qualify for pre-registration, you must register and submit your registration fee by June 6, 2025 (11:59 p.m. KST).

• The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• Appropriate payment should be completed within the right period of registration.



Invitation Letter


• Invitation letters will be sent upon request to participants who completed registration and payment.
• Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.

   *Please note that KCA will not issue guarantee letters under any circumstances to participate for visa purposes.

• If you need an original invitation letter, USD 30 will be charged as for the postage.
• Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa for up to 30 or 90 days. Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
• Please visit VISA Navigator (www.visa.go.kr) to check whether a visa is required.

 


Cancellation & Refund Policy


1. All cancellations must be notified in writing by email (info@kcameeting.org).
2. All refunds will be processed after the completion of the meeting.
3. All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the refund.
4. Refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

   - Received until June 6, 2025 (11:59 p.m. KST): 90% of total price

   - Received from June 7, 2025 (00:00 a.m. KST): No refund
