Presentation Guidelines

Please note that all abstract presenters are required to attend in-person.
Abstract Award winners will be announced at the Awards & Closing Ceremony on June 16, 2023.

  • 2. Presentation File Format
  • - Microsoft Office PowerPoint (PPT) (16:9 aspect ratio) Download Template save_alt

    - Please note that all oral presentations must include a COI slide in the 2nd slide. You can find it in the template.

    - Use standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman

    - Images should be in JPG, GIF or BMP format

    - Video files should be in WMW, MPEG or AVI format

  • 3. Equipment in the Session Room
  • - Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.

    - Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No keyboard).

    - We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.

  • 4. Speakers' Preview Room
  • - Location: Preview Room (2F), Lotte Hotel Seoul

    - Operating Hours: 08:00-17:00, June 15 (Thu)
    08:00-16:00, June 16 (Fri)

    - Please bring your presentation files on an USB memory stick to the preview room at least 1 hour before presentation to upload and test your file.

Size & Format

  • - Poster: 90cm (W) x 120cm (H) *Maximum size
  • - Panels: 100cm (W) x 180cm (H)
  • - Posters should be legible by viewers one meter away.
  • - The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and institution(s) should appear at the top.


Setup & Takedown

  • - Posters should be mounted & removed during the designated schedule.
  • - If a poster is not removed after designated schedule, it will be removed without notice and KCA will not take any responsibility for any damages or losses.


Application Guidelines for the Best Poster Award


  • 1. E-Poster Format
  • • Language : English

    • Format : Portrait (vertical orientation), PDF format

    • Page Limit : One(1) page (single slide)

    • Any video and audio will not be supported.

  • 2. Upload your E-Poster (PDF format)
  • • Submission deadline: May 25, 2023

    • Please follow the septs below for e-poster submission.

    1) Go to the E-Poster Upload page.

    2) Enter your reference number and password you received when abstract submission.

    3) Click on ¡°Choose poster¡± button and upload your E-Poster file. (*The file should be saved as ¡°Reference No.¡±)

    4) Select ¡°Submit¡± button once completed.

  • 3. Winners will be notified a week before the meeting and the Awards Ceremony will be held on June 16 at 17:00 KST.
