KCA Annual Meeting 2023 cordially invites you to submit your abstracts. Submitters are asked to choose their preferred presentation type and abstract categories when using the submission system. Before making your selection, please scan the entire list for the most appropriate abstract category.

• Outstanding Abstract
    - Selected original articles that is Not presented in international conferences; Presented in English.

Selected presentations who demonstrate the highest levels of scientific and clinical impact will be recognized by scientific committee. In this session, original articles that is not presented in international conferences are required and will be presented in English.
- Prize money will be awarded to each presenters of Outstanding Abstract.

1) Deadline for Abstract Submission : by March 31, 2023
Extended : by April 6, 2023
2) All abstracts must be written in English and submitted through the Meeting website.
3) Select your preferred type for your presentation. The Scientific Committee, however, reserves the right to make
    the final decision on the mode of presentation.
4) Submission of an abstract implies that the presenting author has the consent of all authors and has obtained
    necessary institutional clearances.
5) Submission of an abstract acknowledges acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official Meeting
    abstract book.
6) The presenting author must register at the time of acceptance of his or her abstract.
7) Previously published abstracts in cancer-related meetings can be also submitted as well as new unpublished
    abstracts.
8) The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. The reviewing process is confidential and decisions
    are final.
9) Presenting authors must register in the meeting through the website by May 15, 2023 (KST).

1) Title: Capitalize the first letter of the sentence only.
2) Authors: Names and surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting
   author's name will be underlined. Corresponding author's name will be marked by asterisk (*) following the
   name.
3) Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution, city and country.
4) Body of Abstract :
A. Original Articles

• • Word Limit: 250 words
• • The abstract body of original articles should be structured chronologically into 4 sections
• • 1) Purpose - 2) Methods - 3) Results - 4) Conclusions

B. Case Report

• • Word Limit: 150 words
• • Case Reports are not encouraged and are considered only if justified by their unique significance or depth
      of studies on the case.
• • The abstract should be unstructured and its length should not exceed 150 words.

5) Keywords: up to 3 keywords

• Abstract Acceptance: Early May, 2023
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting (submitting) and corresponding authors.
• If your abstract is accepted, presenting authors must register in the meeting through the website by May 15, 2023.

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract wishes to withdraw his or her abstract, please notify the secretariat by email.
• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
