Presentation Guidelines

The 47th KCA Annual Meeting and the 7th International Cancer Conference will be held virtually on June 17-18, 2021, according to local date and time in Seoul, Korea (KST). To prepare your presentation, please refer to the below guidelines.


guildline for oral International Oral Presentation Guidelines

International oral presenters are requested to submit their presentation recordings by May 21. The pre-recordings will be broadcasted on the session date and time. Presenters are asked to attend the session virtually to join a live Q&A followed by their pre-recorded talks. Domestic oral presenters should refer to the email notification.


RECORDING SUBMISSION DUE: MAY 21, 2021


  • 1. Make your presentation using PowerPoint Slides
  • • Set the slide size to a widescreen - 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape/horizontal)

    • Use the provided template for your presentation.

    • Please note that all oral presentations must include a COI slide in the 2nd slide.

  • 2. Record your video via Zoom or Microsoft PowerPoint
  • • Before you start recording, make sure that:
         - Find a quiet place and turn any mobile devices to silent mode.
         - Ensure your microphone (and camera) are in good working order.

    • Make your recording via using Zoom or Microsoft PowerPoint.

    Option 1. Zoom
    Record with audio & video
    Option 2. PowerPoint
    Record audio only (no video)

    • Recommend using keyboards to flip slides instead of mouse.

    • Make sure that your presentation is within the time limit.
         - International Session: 7 minutes (excluding 3 minutes for Q&A)

  • 3. Submit your presentation recording
  • Submission deadline: May 21, 2021

    • E-mail submission to cancer.abstract@gmail.com

  • 4. Attend the International Session virtually to join a live Q&A
  • • All dates and times listed are in Korea Standard Time (KST), which is UTC +9.

    • Access information will be guided in early June.

guildline for oral E-Poster Guidelines

E-Posters will be available for online viewing at the virtual meeting website. There will be no specific presentation date and time. Participants can view posters and leave comments anytime. Please check often to respond to comments left on your posters during the meeting.


E-POSTER SUBMISSION DUE: May 21, 2021


  • 1. Prepare a single-page poster in portrait format
  • • Language: English

    • Page limit: One(1) page (single slide)

    • Layout: Portrait (vertical orientation), 9:16 aspect ratio

  • 2. Upload your E-Poster (PDF format)
  • • Submission deadline: May 21, 2021

    • Please follow the septs below for e-poster submission.

    1) Go to the E-Poster Upload page.

    2) Enter your reference number and password you received when abstract submission.

    3) Click on ¡°Choose poster¡± button and upload your E-Poster file. (*The file should be saved as ¡°Reference No.¡±)

    4) Select ¡°Submit¡± button once completed.
