Invitation letter

Invitation letters will be sent upon request to all participants who completed registeration and payment. Notarized letters can also be sent but there may be an extra charge to cover the cost of notarization. If you require an official letter of invitation in order to attend this meeting, please contact the Registration Secretariat via email.

  • When you send the registration fee, please make sure to have the sender's name as well as the registrant's name.
  • We will send you a confirmation mail once your payment is complete. The confirmation mail will be automatically produced within 3 days after you make wire transfer. Please contact at Secretariat office if you do not receive any notification.

Cancellation and refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail or fax to the Conference Secretariat.
    Please download the cancellation form and fill it out. 
  • Any applicable refunds will be issued within 30 days of the last day of the Conference after deducting cancelation charge.
  • The registration payment will be 100% refunded if cancellation is made by May, 31 2013. After this date no refund can be made.
